Advertise your property 'To Let' online

Option 1 - Do It Yourself for Only £99 

If you have a property to let, advertise it here on this site, for the whole world to see! It’s easy and it's only £99, add photos and a detailed descriptions and within minutes "after approval"  your property is online for 1 whole year!

Step 1....

Register your details on the left hand side of the home page in the Main Menu. You will then receive an activation link via email (please make sure to check your junk folder if not received after 5 minutes!)

Step 2....

After registering, log-in on the home page (top right hand corner) with your username and password and click on 'Rentals ' at the top of that page.   Then on the top right hand side under 'Rental Menu' you will be given 4 options .  These are 'Add Property', 'Manage My Properties', 'Edit My Profile' and ‘Your Login Details’.  Please click on 'Add property' and here you will be able to enter all your property details including descriptions and photos.

Simple as that!

If after you have added your property, if you would like to make changes i.e. price or property description, simply log in on the home page, click on 'Rentals' and then 'Manage My Properties'

Option 2 - Let Us Do It for You for Only £149

(Alicante, Torrevieja, Murcia in the Costa Blanca, Spain Only)

For this 'one off ' payment we will:

*  Call out to your property

*  Take 10 photographs for the website

*  Create a detailed description of every room and all outside areas

*  Input all the information onto the website and advertise your property for 1 year

*  Have all enquiries going direct to you and cut out estate agents fees.

Option 3 - Let Us Do It for You with Our Key Holding Package

(Alicante, Torrevieja, Murcia in the Costa Blanca, Spain Only)

Our Key Holding Package is only £349 per year or only £29 per month, payable via standing order.

This fee includes all the benefits of our Key Holding Package. We will liaise between you and all potential renters until bookings are confirmed. Once a booking is confirmed (for either a long or short term let) depending on how long the let is for we will deduct £100 per month / £50 a week / £10 a day for our commission, and the remainder is forwarded onto you.

 Option 4 - Let Us Do It for You with Our Property Management Package

(Alicante, Torrevieja, Murcia in the Costa Blanca, Spain Only)

Our Property Management Package is only £569 per year or £49 per month payable via standing order.

This fee includes all the benefits of our Property Management Package, it’s the same as option 3 above but with much more to offer. You will benefit from a whole years worth of property management to ensure your property is in tip top condition and ready for potential renters at all times.
