Our Property Management Package gives peace of mind to Landlords whilst the property is being 'let out'.  Your property is your investment , and it needs looking after.  With Rent Sell Me A Property.com you can be safe in the knowledge that your property is in good hands, here is what it includes:

Finding suitable guests by...

*  Advertising in the UK and Spanish newspapers

*  Advertising on the world wide web for maximum rental potential

*  Fitting ‘Holiday let’ signs on the front and back of your property

When your guests arrive...

* They will be met at the airport by one of our representatives with card bearing their name (if necessary)

 * we will take care of all the administration / checking in procedure

 * your guests will be taken to the property where they will sign an item inventory and be introduced to the property

 * your guests will be given a 24 hour helpline number to call during there stay if any problems arise 

On the day of departure...

* we will arrive at the house where the item inventory will be checked and the bond deposit will be returned once the property has been checked for any damage

* we will return your guests to airport ensuring they are there 2 hours prior to departure (if necessary)

What we will do before and after guests.... 

* Offer a 10% discount on a changeover clean so the property is clean and fresh ready for the next guests, click here for details and prices on our different cleaning packages.

What we will do whilst the property is empty (in-between guests)...

*   We will visit your property fortnightly during which we will inspect its condition including terraces, bathrooms, toilets, electrical appliances & lightbulbs, windows, doors, humidity and plumbing.

*  Check for mail and forward it onto any address worldwide

*  Air out the property

*  Flush all toilets - this ensures no smells

*  Carry out garden / terrace maintenance - water all pot plants, sweeping up of dead leaves, litter

What we will do on a monthly basis…

*  You will receive a monthly report via e-mail / text or post reassuring you that your property is in good order.  If a problem does occur we will advise you with a description and a photo of any work which we think may require attention.  Quotations can be arranged on request.

 Property Management Terms & Conditions

1) In order for Rent Sell Me A Property.com to maximise your rentals and achieve recommendations for your property we ask that the following items are available in the property for your clients to enjoy and comfortable stay:

Outside Balcony or Solarium

2) Instruction manuals available for any appliance should be kept in a kitchen dreawer. 

3) We will liaise between you and all potential renters until bookings are confirmed. Once a booking is confirmed, for either a long or short term let, depending on how long the let is for we will deduct £100p er month, £50 a week or £10 a day for our comission, and the remainder is forwarded onto you.
