.Option 1 - Change Over/ Freshen Up

* Cleaning of all flooring (tiles / wood / rugs / carpet etc) vacuumed, swept and mopped.

Option 2 - Spring Clean

* Cleaning of all flooring (tiles / wood / rugs / carpet etc) vacuumed, swept and mopped.

* Bathroom cleaned and disinfected

* Kitchen cleaned thoroughly (inside cupboards and out)

* Dusting and polishing throughout - inc skirting boards

* Test all electrical appliances and replace any light bulbs

* windows cleaned indie and out, including sills

* Bed linen washed, dried, ironed and beds remade

* Towels will be washed and dried

* Clean any outside furniture (table and chairs)

* Terrace, solarium and balconies swept and mopped

* Airing of property

* supply of an air freshner in each room
