Mortgages

We can offer up to 100% mortgages for most properties, based upon residency status and the valuation of the property(s) offered as security.

We offer 80% mortgages for non-resident purchases and re-mortgages alike. For 'off plan' constructions, lending is normally on completion of the build, again up to 80% of the valuation, unless the applicant is the actual developer. In this case, we can arrange specialist construction finance with funding released at certain stages of the build.

European Interest rates are very low in comparison to the UK and range from just 4.0%. 'Interest Only' has finally arrived which cuts the cost of a normal 'repayment mortgage' (capital and interest) in half!
