As a client of Rent Sell Me A Property.com you should expect a lot from us, it’s our view that if we aren’t prepared to stand behind the quality of service we guarantee, then we don’t deserve your business.
So, exactly what should you expect?
Looking after your interests
Unlike a great many other agencies, from the first moment you contact us we will be with you all the way, 100%. We are here not only to help you rent, sell, let or purchase your property, we are here to help you with a variety of extra services. These include airport transfers, building work and repairs, cleaning services, painting and decorating plus lots more. If required we can even undertake periodic monitoring of construction or improvement works on your behalf and report back to you if you are not in the country, via telephone, email, text ..... we will even forward photos onto you at your home address if required! We thoroughly research every product we promote
When advertising a new build property (with us as the agents) we scrutinise titles, approvals and availability of building licences. We assess both established and new build properties and developments, investigating developers aswel as their past performance and reputation, so you the consumer get the best available deal.
Listen to what you want
Whatever your reasons for renting, selling, letting or purchasing, maybe a holiday home, investment, retirement, buy-to-let, etc – it’s our job to listen. We know that you don't want to be sold a property by a self-assured sales person. We appreciate that what you actually want is to make up your own mind… in your own time! It’s our role to listen to your needs and to help guide you through the process from beginning to end.
Negotiate to ensure you get the best terms possible
When buying a property (with us as agents) we insist that all deposits to secure ownership are kept to the minimum. We are also here to negotiate reduced mortgage fees, currency and legal services, wherever possible.
Maintain excellent communications
Whether your renting, selling, letting or purchasing, from the very outset, we are here to help you all the way. You will be kept up to date with all developments regarding your queries. We are here on the end of the phone (and email!) to answer any questions or concerns you may have, and if we say well get back to you - we really will!

Provide useful, free, impartial advice
You can expect us to keep you fully aware of any costs, complications or other difficulties. We’ll also put you in touch with other trusted professional advisors to assist you with anything you need if we cannot assist you ourselves.

If you need equity release or an introduction to a mortgage provider, we can point you in the right direction. At some point you may need to transfer money from one currency to another.
